Refund Policy

We strive for full customer satisfaction and we have more than 98% of customers satisfied with their purchases(You can check our Etsy Reviews)

These are natural crystals and stones. They come with nature's imperfections which make them unique. More over these are hand carved items in which uniformity is almost impossible. That said our crystals are sourced from very reliant sources and are very high in quality.

Having said that it is possible you are not satisfied with the purchase. Please contact us immediately on facebook or instagram. Items will be refunded only on damage or wrong items.If you have received a damaged item, please contact immediately contact us facebook messenger(preferred or mail us admin@crystalwanderers.com. 
On damage contact us within 30 days after the item is shown delivered.Outside this timeline we'll not be responsible for the damage of goods in your custody.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days after the item is shown delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return shipping Charges is to be borne by the customer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@crystalwanderers.com

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@crystalwanderers.com 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For INTERNATIONAL buyers,YOU are RESPONSIBLE for your own country's custom taxes. We cannot refund or pay for the customs charged in your country.
